Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Systems

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $145,000–$210,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

hirify.global is developing uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production and support energy-intensive industries.

What you will do

• Own the integrated program plan and master schedule across ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, procurement, CRM, HRIS, and data warehouse projects.
• Lead platform selection, requirements, RFPs, vendor evaluation, and management of external implementation partners.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, scope, change control, risks, issues, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Drive requirements, design, build, testing, user acceptance, integrations, data migration, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, stakeholder communications, training, and adoption through transition to steady-state operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program or project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• At least one full enterprise systems or ERP implementation delivered from selection through build, migration, and go-live.
• Experience managing implementation partners or systems integrators against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Technical fluency across enterprise platforms, integrations, data migration, cutover, and program governance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes, with the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or another program or project management certification.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, Arena, or Teamcenter.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, and change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, energy, medical device, automotive, or nuclear.
