Sr Manager Development (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of secure, robust, performant, and scalable technical solutions.
• Drive products from discovery through release using technical and thought leadership.
• Partner with product and design to solve customer problems and develop valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions.
• Balance development, testing, deployment, and runtime costs to optimize value for customers and the business.
• Manage engineering resources, productivity, recruitment, objectives, and KPIs.
• Coach direct reports, create development plans, provide feedback, and support talent retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• 12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with scalable consumer-facing web applications, TypeScript, React, Angular, RESTful web services, microservices, C#/.NET, Java, automated testing, performance tuning, relational databases, version control, continuous integration, and agile development.
• Experience architecting scalable web solutions using caching, retry mechanisms, asynchronous queuing, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems or cloud computing, document storage, or messaging systems.

Nice to have

• 4–7 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience integrating AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor into team workflows.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or related industry.
