What you will do

• Lead and develop distributed engineering teams across multiple Scrum teams.
• Define and execute the technology roadmap for a scalable web platform and SaaS solutions.
• Drive predictable, high-quality execution and use metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support architectural and operational decisions covering scalability, performance, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Strengthen CI/CD, automation, DevOps, microservices, APIs, and secure development practices.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled development workflows across coding, testing, operations, and the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience delivering large-scale production systems.
• 2+ years of engineering management or equivalent leadership experience with distributed teams.
• Experience with front-end and full-stack development using React, Angular, TypeScript, Node, C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
• Experience designing scalable microservices architectures, using AWS or another major cloud provider, and implementing cloud-native systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitLab, Terraform, and Docker, plus relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
