What you will do

• Lead and develop distributed engineering teams delivering scalable SaaS solutions across multiple Scrum teams.
• Define and execute the technology roadmap for a best-in-class web platform.
• Drive the adoption and operationalization of AI-enabled development practices to improve productivity and quality.
• Support architectural decisions to improve scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Strengthen CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to enhance deployment speed.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture stakeholders to align technical work with business priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience delivering large-scale production systems.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading distributed teams.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Terraform, and Docker.
• Must be based in the United States.
