What you will do

  • Champion the integration of AI-powered tooling to improve developer throughput and code quality.
  • Architect and own an AI product enablement strategy to embed intelligent automation into core offerings.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a global engineering organization including multiple Engineering Managers and senior ICs.
  • Own and improve the engineering operating model, ensuring high say/do ratios and data-driven accountability.
  • Provide technical leadership across cloud-native microservices platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Serve as the primary engineering voice in executive conversations, communicating risk, progress, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with 7+ years leading engineering teams at scale.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML tools into developer workflows or shipping AI-enabled features.
  • Proven track record of leading technology transformations and modernization efforts.
  • Deep fluency in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Experience managing and coaching Engineering Managers across distributed, global teams.
  • Strong command of engineering metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience in highly regulated or compliance-sensitive domains such as automotive, insurance, fintech, or health tech.
