Program Lead Finance (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the Finance transformation and co-lead the S4Energy rollout for Large Steam & Syncons.
• Manage end-to-end Finance implementation activities, including requirements management, process design, Fit-Gap workshops, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Harmonize Finance and Controlling processes with SAP S/4HANA standards and scalable best practices.
• Coordinate rollout dependencies across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to support organizational readiness and sustainable adoption.
• Build a global transformation network to share best practices and accelerate implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations and business transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Record-to-Report, Project Controlling, Product Costing, Manufacturing Controlling, and Financial Closing.
• Solid understanding of Engineer-to-Order business processes and end-to-end project execution and manufacturing value flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and leadership skills across global cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
