Digital Finance Program Manager (SAP)

Location: Novi, Michigan, USA; hybrid office environment required. Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $108,750–$159,500 per year, plus potential additional compensation depending on the position.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end finance programs covering M&A integrations, carve-outs, system harmonization, and ERP migrations.
• Manage finance workstream planning, execution, governance, budgets, capacity, timelines, and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, system integrators, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, critical-path activities, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Oversee financial data migration, validation, integration, and audit-readiness activities.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, and governance through steering committees and status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of program management experience leading complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep SAP ERP experience across ECC, S/4HANA, MDG, and BW, including finance consolidation and FP&A processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional global stakeholders and multiple system integrators or external vendors in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of digital finance platforms such as OneStream, data and analytics ecosystems, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Novi, Michigan, and complete a post-offer background investigation and drug screen.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools.
• Automotive or Tier 1 industry experience and knowledge of related regulatory requirements.
• M&A integration and carve-out experience in large global enterprises.
• Experience with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management platforms and global consulting or system integration partners.
