What you will do

• Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategic planning through implementation.
• Design and implement future-state Finance operating and service delivery models to improve efficiency.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across end-to-end Finance processes.
• Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to enable the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while promoting best practices in program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation or management consulting initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience leading ERP implementations, automation, AI, or analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity in complex environments.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCMP, or Prosci Change Management.
• Background in Big Four management consulting with a focus on Finance transformation.
