Technical Program & Project Management Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Support governance and tactical delivery activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, support enhancements, migrations, module deployments, and integration initiatives.
• Own JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, backlogs, epics, user stories, tasks, and subtasks.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and change requests.
• Coordinate PI planning, release management, cutover, testing cycles, training, data readiness, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Resolve dependencies and blockers with product managers and cross-functional teams, and transition completed projects to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years managing SAP implementation, upgrade, or support projects, plus 3 years of program management experience and 6 years of IT experience.
• Expert-level daily experience with JIRA, including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL, dashboards, and Confluence integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and prioritization skills across concurrent projects.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid arrangement in Dearborn, Michigan.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• SAP Activate or relevant SAP module certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
