Lead Program Manager, Finance Transformation

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Lead the execution of Finance Transformation programs, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build program governance through executive status reports, steering committee materials, RAID logs, and portfolio dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across Finance, Corporate Technology, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and other Finance teams to maintain aligned requirements.
• Support implementation of finance systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications while monitoring benefits and strategic outcomes.
• Facilitate executive reviews, governance meetings, workshops, decision-making sessions, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience with Finance Transformation, ERP, Enterprise Planning, or Data Platform initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of RAID management, RACI/DACI frameworks, executive reporting, and portfolio governance.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, risks, competing priorities, and executive expectations.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise modernization, SOX controls, audit readiness, or IPO environments.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
• Understanding of FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
