Programme Lead (SAP MBC)

What you will do

• Lead SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity programmes end to end, from presales and solution design through implementation, go-live, and stabilisation.
• Define delivery frameworks covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, governance, PMO structures, and reporting cadence.
• Oversee solution design and integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, APIs, and banking connectivity.
• Lead client workshops and manage senior stakeholders, partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Support presales, proposal development, solution shaping, and the transition from commercial agreement to live revenue.
• Develop scalable implementation standards, templates, playbooks, methodologies, and partner-led delivery models.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or comparable enterprise programmes.
• Strong programme management experience across multiple workstreams and entities.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, SAP BTP, financial systems, or transformation programmes.
• Track record of managing partners and third-party vendors.
• Ability to lead solution design, translate business requirements, manage governance and risk, and engage executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Malaysia for this fully remote role.

Nice to have

• SAP Activate or a similar delivery methodology.
• Experience with build-phase or early-stage programmes.
• Exposure to payments, fintech, or treasury environments.
