Marketing Manager/Director (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies covering demand generation, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and alliances teams to create targeted campaigns, grow pipeline, and improve customer engagement.
• Manage digital marketing, content, events, webinars, and public relations campaigns end to end.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide strategy and product positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI analysis to optimize campaigns.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience focused on B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Proven success creating and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future company sponsorship.
