Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC (On-site 5 days a week)

Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 base salary plus 0.1% – 0.2% equity

What you will do

• Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across social media, events, email, and digital channels.
• Develop high-quality content including newsletters, video tutorials, and product announcements.
• Maintain and optimize the company website to drive qualified inbound leads and enhance user experience.
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize investment areas and growth strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in early-stage marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing.
• Ability to create compelling content tailored to various buyer personas.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to market feedback.
• Willingness to work on-site at the NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
• Strong interest in understanding customer problems and the CPG industry.
