Creator Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the Union Square office in New York, New York, United States

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Build and own the creator marketing program, including strategy, tiers, systems, and scalable playbooks.
• Identify and cultivate marketers, SEOs, content strategists, and brand builders with authentic, engaged professional audiences.
• Manage always-on creator relationships and campaign-specific activations from planning through execution.
• Turn hirify.global's original research and proprietary AI search data into unique creator briefs, stories, and content angles.
• Build a creator community through early product access, data briefings, and community events.
• Collaborate with Social Distribution, Content, PMM, and Communications, while measuring awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or marketing technology.
• Established relationships with B2B creators and knowledge of relevant creator niches and audiences.
• Experience building always-on creator programs rather than only one-off campaigns.
• Ability to brief creators on complex or technical topics and turn data into compelling stories.
• Ability to build repeatable programs, structured tiers, clear briefs, and scalable playbooks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a focus on audience resonance, engagement, and measurable results.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing technology, AI, and Martech.
• Familiarity with the AEO and SEO creator ecosystem across LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters.
• Experience explaining a new category rather than only launching a new product.
