What you will do

  • Own lead generation strategy, execution, and reporting across brands, CMOs, and agency partners.
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns including LinkedIn, paid search, and email.
  • Manage the MQL-to-SQL handoff process to ensure high-quality lead conversion.
  • Partner with the CEO to define brand voice, positioning, and the AI pivot narrative.
  • Develop sales collateral and competitive intelligence to support the sales team.
  • Identify and activate creators to demonstrate platform capabilities and drive awareness.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with proven demand generation results.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work from the office.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content and sales decks.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and performance-based marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and execute strategies independently.
  • Commercially wired focus on pipeline metrics rather than vanity impressions.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI or data products to non-technical buyers.
  • Existing relationships within the brand, agency, or creator marketing ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience supporting a company through a product pivot or rebrand.
