General Manager (Specialty Coffee)

Location: Wellesley, Massachusetts, United States; onsite store leadership required

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and develop the store team while building an engaging team culture.
• Recruit talent with the People Team and manage staff schedules, timecards, and paid time off requests.
• Maintain specialty coffee, food, beverage, safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Own ordering, vendor relations, waste management, inventory counts, and compliance with the inventory management system.
• Spend 50–70% of the week leading by example behind the bar through customer service and technically excellent product production.
• Drive store sales, average order value, throughput, team engagement, audit performance, and local brand loyalty.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store operations in a high-growth hospitality or consumer brand.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment is required.
• Full-time availability for 45 hours per week, with 5 days of availability and 2 peak days, usually Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
