General Manager | Philadelphia

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite store leadership role requiring 45 hours per week across 5 days of availability, including 2 peak days, usually Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and develop the store team while building an engaging team culture.
• Create staff schedules, cover scheduling gaps, and approve timecards and paid time off requests.
• Recruit talent and oversee training quality, coffee accreditations, and team engagement.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, recipe consistency, store safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Own inventory ordering, vendor relations, waste management, inventory counts, and compliance with the inventory management system.
• Drive sales, average order value, financial performance, operational audit results, and local brand loyalty through hands-on leadership behind the bar.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and coffee equipment.
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Full-time availability for 45 hours per week, with 5 days of availability and 2 peak days required.
