Cafe Manager | Beverly Hills

Location: Los Angeles, US; onsite at the first Beverly Hills store

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Launch and lead the first Beverly Hills store while setting operational and hospitality standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop a large store team.
• Manage payroll, attendance, performance issues, inventory, ordering, and operational compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient store and lead by example on the floor.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong connections with the local community and execute new launches and operational changes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail brands.
• Experience managing large hospitality teams.
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain ordering.
• Strong customer service, organization, communication, delegation, follow-up, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage change, and develop staff across leadership, hospitality, product, and service quality.
• Knowledge or strong interest in specialty coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
