Customer Service Representative (English & French)

Location: On-site full-time at 5980 Airport Rd, Toronto Pearson International Airport, Mississauga, Ontario. The role operates across airport banking centres in Terminals 1 and 3, Monday to Sunday between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and resolve client issues.
• Connect clients with the appropriate CIBC specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Requirements

• English and French language skills required.
• Experience or expertise in financial services products and customer service.
• Strong client engagement, problem-solving, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking applications.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold any required work or study permit.
• Must successfully obtain Transportation Security Clearance from Transport Canada to work at the Toronto Pearson International Airport locations.
