Client Service Representative (Hourly) (Portuguese)

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto-Dundas and Ossington, Toronto, ON. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with day-to-day banking transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Client service and customer experience focus.
• Knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Strong problem-solving, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digital literacy and ability to support clients with mobile banking applications.
• Portuguese language capability required for the role.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
