Senior Client Service Representative, 34h/weekly - Joliette, QC

Location: On-site at Joliette-Ste-Anne & Manseau banking centres in Joliette, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres is required.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and banking products.
• Answer questions and assist with day-to-day banking transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Client-focused approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products and transaction services.
• Problem-solving skills and accountability for client issues.
• Digital literacy and ability to explain mobile banking applications.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Must be available for on-site work and flexible banking centre hours.
