Location: Boston, United States; hybrid flexibility within a principally in-person workplace model. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $110,000β$160,000 per year

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, industry events, and relationship building.
- Lead outreach strategies, develop contact plans, organize meetings, and uncover client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pursuit strategies and proposal development.
- Maintain business development records in the CRM and prepare reports on sales performance, client wins, and outreach.
- Represent the firm at association functions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 7β10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within accounting, consulting, or professional services.
- Demonstrated success selling at least $750,000 in first-year fees annually.
- Ability to build prospect lists and pipelines, forecast accurately, identify revenue opportunities, and close business.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, CRM systems, and cloud-based accounting tools; some local or national travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CBDM.
- Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English ability may qualify for an exception to the standard sponsorship policy.
