What you will do

• Identify and close new business opportunities to consistently overachieve annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid and senior-level client decision-makers.
• Develop persuasive proposals and tailored solutions in response to RFPs and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Subject Matter Experts to design and price service solutions.
• Drive client retention by presenting new services and enhancing existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop unique selling propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a comparable role.
• 5-8 years of experience specifically in Facilities Services sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling single, multiple, or bundled service solutions.
• Proven ability to operate within the New England geographic market.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
