Microsoft Solutions Engineer (Power Platform)

Location: On-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. All positions are on-site.

Salary: $80,000–$123,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own and manage Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver efficient, high-performance solutions.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for Microsoft 365, reporting, process improvement, and user setup.
• Promote best practices through documentation, training, system support, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft 365 security, and compliance.
• Ability to work on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
• hirify.global does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools.
