Principal, FP&A (Eats Finance)

What you will do

• Consolidate financial performance across Eats marketplaces and P&L lines in Korea and Japan.
• Coordinate FP&A inputs and provide leadership with an integrated view of performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning for Korea headcount and fixed costs.
• Maintain finance reports and dashboards and translate financial movements and variances into business insights.
• Maintain cost centers, GL accounts, and mappings between management and central-submission P&L structures.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and build scalable planning processes.

Requirements

• English communication skills are required for day-to-day work and collaboration.
• 6+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including 3+ years of direct FP&A experience with full P&L exposure.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including designing, building, and maintaining financial models.
• Ability to connect business drivers with financial impacts and prepare, validate, analyze, and present data.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business and finance stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact work and continuously improve and simplify processes.

Nice to have

• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP FI or basic SQL.
• Experience using GenAI tools to improve productivity and financial analysis.
