Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Support annual budget builds, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning across business units.
• Prepare recurring close reporting packages, board materials, and executive presentations with high accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity and hierarchies within Workday Financials and support the implementation of Adaptive Planning.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on headcount, production, and operational performance for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for manual tasks using Excel macros, Power Query, or AI-assisted scripting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics required.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate/public accounting.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, GAAP, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate FP&A workflows.

Nice to have

• Fintech or banking industry experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Experience with Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning.
• Intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
