FP&A Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead the EMEA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Develop integrated financial models covering revenue, gross margin, SG&A, CAPEX, cash flow, and operational KPIs.
• Produce monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, executive presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyse profitability, sales, inventory, fulfilment costs, and operating expenses across Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Marketplace channels.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders on store openings, market expansion, workforce planning, and strategic business cases.
• Improve reporting architecture, financial processes, automation, data quality, and governance across ERP, BI, and planning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Fully qualified accountant; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• Significant experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods within an international multi-channel environment.
• Advanced financial modelling and expert Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and BI platforms such as NetSuite, Planful, Anaplan, Power BI, or Looker.
