hirify.global is developing uranium-enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production and support advanced energy and industrial applications.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain management measures programs required under 10 CFR Part 70.
  • Establish configuration management processes that preserve the facility’s design basis, safety basis, and controlled documentation.
  • Define maintenance, functional testing, calibration, and surveillance programs for safety-related and mission-critical equipment.
  • Develop procedures, training, and qualification requirements for operations and safety functions.
  • Administer the quality assurance program, conduct audits and assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead corrective actions and incident investigations, maintain records, and coordinate management measures across engineering, operations, and licensing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical science, or a related field.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to perform trade studies and make recommendations with partial information.
  • Knowledge of at least one management measures discipline in a regulated or safety-critical environment, such as configuration management, maintenance and reliability, quality assurance, training, procedures, or auditing.
  • Familiarity with 10 CFR Part 70 and Integrated Safety Analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a nuclear, Department of Energy, national laboratory, or NRC-licensed fuel-cycle facility.
  • Experience implementing quality assurance, configuration management, maintenance and reliability, procedures, training, or corrective action programs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced engineering or highly technical environment.
  • Advanced degree or certification such as PE or Certified Quality Auditor.
