Senior Investment Associate

Location: On-site full-time in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on existing investment strategies and research new investment managers.
• Monitor investment manager performance and prepare analytical studies, reports, and presentations.
• Gather and synthesize data to support investment decisions and advisory services.
• Provide manager information to Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers.
• Develop educational and marketing materials for business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, legal, and internal teams to support effective implementation and oversight of investment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in investment research, portfolio analysis, or due diligence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms including FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CFA or CAIA designation, eligibility to pursue one, or intention to sit for the relevant examination.
• Quantitative automation and Python coding skills.
