Senior Manager, Communications (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commission, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own communications strategy and execution for major announcements, partnerships, and launches across hirify.global1, hirify.global+, and other priority initiatives.
• Build relationships with national, business, technology, travel, trade, and new media outlets.
• Translate business priorities into narratives and integrated communications plans across earned media, executive visibility, partners, and owned channels.
• Lead announcements from concept through launch by developing messaging, writing press materials, pitching media, preparing spokespeople, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Build scalable communications processes, operating rhythms, tools, and a connected communications calendar.

Requirements

• 8+ years of communications, public relations, or media relations experience.
• Track record of personally developing and executing high-impact announcements and earned media strategies.
• Strong media relations instincts, reporter relationships, and strategic storytelling skills.
• Ability to build processes and strategies while also writing press releases, pitching stories, and managing execution details.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with senior leaders, business teams, partners, and multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Curiosity and excitement about using AI to accelerate communications outcomes and performance.
