Senior PR Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; based within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub and working in person 3 days per week

Salary: $127,500–$150,000 per year, plus stock options

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's US and UK media strategy, including proactive pitching, newsjacking, press office activity, and crisis communications.
• Build relationships with Tier 1 financial and business journalists at outlets such as WSJ, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, CNBC, and Forbes.
• Shape corporate messaging around company growth, financial performance, AI innovation, and platform positioning.
• Develop executive profiles, write commentary, and prepare C-suite spokespeople for media interviews.
• Translate technology and AI innovation into accessible, newsworthy stories for mainstream business press.
• Manage US and UK PR agencies, define KPIs, and integrate AI tools into media monitoring, research, drafting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive PR or corporate communications experience focused on the US and UK markets.
• Existing Tier 1 financial and business media relationships with a record of securing earned digital and broadcast coverage.
• Experience with financial communications, including funding rounds, M&A, and business performance narratives.
• Experience developing corporate narratives and working directly with senior leadership and C-suite spokespeople.
• Strong writing, editorial judgment, media training, spokesperson coaching, agency management, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong B2B technology, fintech, or SaaS experience is essential; ability to work across time zones and in person at a hub 3 days per week is required.
