Head of Communications (AI)

What you will do

• Craft and evangelize the company story, developing a clear and opinionated point of view on the future of AI simulation.
• Build and execute a strategic editorial calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Manage press, conference, and podcast opportunities, building relationships with key media and industry influencers.
• Act as creative director for company video content, overseeing projects from concept to final cut.
• Run the company blog, ghostwriting for founders and team members to maintain a high editorial bar.
• Engage enterprise leaders and decision-makers to ensure the narrative reaches the right audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.
• Exceptional creative taste with a proven track record of original, emotionally resonant work.
• Strong portfolio of published or produced content, including ghostwritten pieces.
• Ability to distill complex technical and research-driven subjects into compelling narratives.
• Experience in early-stage environments where you have built systems from the ground up.
• Comfort with multidisciplinary creative practices, including motion, interaction, and experience design.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with press, podcast hosts, and conference organizers.
• Experience telling the story of net-new categories or technical AI products.
• A personal audience or platform demonstrating a deep understanding of distribution.
