Senior Product Designer (AI)

Salary: $180K–$280K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers from discovery through shipping.
• Design intuitive web products for a hiring marketplace.
• Build the design system and component library from scratch.
• Work directly with the founders to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Split time between research and testing and product design, approximately 30% and 70% respectively.
• Collaborate with EPD teams, operations teams, and customers to influence design architecture.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a product designer focused on web products.
• End-to-end product design experience, including user research, prototyping, and shipping.
• Experience designing B2C or B2B products from scratch.
• Strong Figma skills and experience with other design tools.
• At least 2 years at a startup or enterprise with a strong design culture, ideally in B2B software or marketplaces.
• Ability to learn from feedback and collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI tools into design and product workflows.
• Interest in using Claude and other modern tools to support iteration and implementation.
• Experience designing B2B software or marketplace products.
