What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the AGORA SAP S/4HANA rollout from design and build through go-live and stabilization.
• Define project strategy, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and integrated plans across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and resource allocation.
• Establish governance and provide reporting to executive leadership, steering committees, and stakeholders.
• Manage external implementation partners and system integrators, ensuring delivery quality, contractual compliance, and timely execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and business adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs in complex or matrix organizations.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts, including governance, deployment, and business adoption.
• Strong expertise in managing external implementation partners, consulting organizations, and vendor ecosystems.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and managing project planning, budgeting, resources, risks, and quality.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAP Activate Project Manager certification is highly desirable.
