Travel Nurse Practitioner - South Jersey

Location: NJ-Hamilton, with travel required to Hamilton, Ewing, Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Willingboro, and other locations across New Jersey and the New York/New Jersey region

Salary: $72.00–$82.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family primary care and practice at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Travel between assigned sites and cover shifts for absent teammates and position vacancies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams in varied clinical settings and maintain continuity of care.
• Work autonomously while following consistent clinical and operational processes.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Ability to travel between locations and maintain a flexible schedule is required.

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
