Accounting Advisory Senior Manager

Location: Principally in-person across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts, with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Client on-site visits are required as needed. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $135,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead transaction accounting engagements across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and management buyouts.
• Prepare and review financial analyses, forecasts, financial models, and quality-of-earnings assessments.
• Oversee accounting transformation engagements involving people, processes, technology, reporting frameworks, and risk mitigation.
• Direct the implementation of complex accounting standards, including ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 815, and ASC 718.
• Participate in executive-level client meetings and on-site visits, including interim finance and accounting leadership assignments.
• Develop the practice through business development, proposals, project management, financial management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six or more years of progressive experience in public accounting audit, industry accounting or external reporting leadership, or technical accounting consultation.
• Demonstrated practice development and professional networking experience.
• Experience leading complex accounting, financial reporting, or transaction advisory work.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
