Senior Accounting Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee general ledger accounting and monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Design, implement, and monitor business process controls supporting SOX compliance.
• Lead end-to-end process documentation and collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Legal, IT, auditors, and consultants.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive continuous improvement and scalability across the accounting function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining Big Four public accounting and industry experience.
• Deep general ledger expertise and experience leading monthly and quarterly close cycles.
• Significant experience building and managing business process controls in a SOX environment.
• Expertise in technical GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and staff development skills.
