Senior Salesforce Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Build and support REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven integrations with external platforms.
• Translate business and technology requirements into secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical design reviews, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.
• Support release planning, deployments, environment management, performance optimization, data quality, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, platform best practices, security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data governance.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, data quality management, deployment processes, source control, Agile methodologies, and continuous delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or other Salesforce credentials.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, enterprise integration platforms, cloud application ecosystems, DevOps tools, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization.
