Salesforce development role within the LTR department at hirify.global.

What you will do

• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions across Community, Experience, and Service Clouds.
• Build Salesforce functionality using Apex, Flows, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and configuration tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Manage Salesforce releases and deployment workflows using tools such as ANT, Change Sets, and Flossum.
• Perform analysis, design, coding, unit testing, planning, and problem or defect resolution.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Apex, Flows, Triggers, Salesforce command-line tools, Object Management, Security Profiles, and App or Lightning Page Management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and other systems, including hands-on use of Data Loader.
• Experience with Salesforce release management and DevOps tools, plus strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Automotive Cloud.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Gearset pipelines.
