Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite; candidates in the Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Mexico City, Mexico vicinity are prioritized.

What you will do

• Own Salesforce initiatives from discovery and solution design through development, testing, release, documentation, and production support.
• Build and maintain solutions with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, platform configuration, and Salesforce APIs.
• Modernize inherited automation, custom code, integrations, and undocumented dependencies while preserving critical business processes.
• Support Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash capabilities, including product and pricing logic, approvals, amendments, renewals, and finance or billing integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations, asynchronous processing, secure data handling, and production monitoring.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, business analysts, and administrators to deliver maintainable solutions and governed AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience as an administrator, technical analyst, developer, or in a combination of these roles.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, core Salesforce platform components, custom REST/SOAP integrations, and data models at scale.
• Experience with source-driven development and DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub, Copado, or Visual Studio Code.
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Ability to work independently in inherited or under-documented environments while communicating decisions and improving documentation.

Nice to have

• Apex or Lightning Web Components development experience and Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or broader quote-to-cash experience in a subscription software business.
• Git-based development, CI/CD, Copado, Salesforce CLI, scratch or development environments, and automated release validation.
• Experience with enterprise go-to-market applications, billing or ERP integrations, performance tuning, bulk data processing, asynchronous Apex, or AI governance for CRM data.
