Supply Chain Consultant (AI)

Location: Must be located in the metro-Atlanta area; ability to work onsite at the Atlanta office as needed. Standard travel of 30–50% is required.

hirify.global provides an AI-enabled supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, covering forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, operations, and production planning.

What you will do

• Lead and manage supply chain planning implementation work across demand forecasting, replenishment, supply planning, and process development.
• Gather customer business requirements, analyze data, and document processes to guide solution design.
• Build and test platform configurations, support User Acceptance Testing, and validate forecast accuracy, inventory projections, and cost-reduction KPIs.
• Train customers to use and maintain their customized software solutions.
• Develop implementation and solution best practices across retail, CPG, grocery, DIY, home goods, and manufacturing industries.
• Collaborate with global teams on international projects and share product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand or inventory planning, software implementation, retail, supply chain, or consulting; alternatively, a relevant degree in supply chain management, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or software systems.
• Experience implementing supply chain planning software such as OMP, Kinaxis, or similar systems.
• Experience in at least three areas including supply chain management, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, supply planning, production planning, retail planning and optimization, or business data analytics.
• Experience building and tracking key performance indicators and working with large datasets.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite at the Atlanta office as needed.
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools, AI-driven workflows or agents, large language models, prompt design, and context management.

Nice to have

• Technical or coding experience with Python, SQL, VBA, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with grocery, CPG, retail, suppliers, inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, or allocation.
• Previous consulting experience and confidence working with stakeholders from end users to C-level.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
