Implementation Consultant (AI Procurement)

Location: On-site in New York City, United States; some customer travel is required.

Estimated annual on-target earnings: $150,000–$200,000.

What you will do

• Support pre-sales activities, account executive collaboration, customer demos, onboarding, and implementation.
• Build lasting relationships with enterprise customers, identify internal champions, and engage key stakeholders.
• Advise customers on implementing hirify.global and define success metrics with them.
• Plan, build, optimize, and scale customer-serving processes, assets, and systems using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Create best-practice guides and product documentation for customers.
• Represent customer needs in product discussions, support adoption metrics, and translate feedback into actionable requests for product and engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with B2B SaaS in a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Availability to work on-site from the New York City office and travel to customers when needed.
