Associate Solutions Consultant (2027 Graduates)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite in the office 5 days a week.

Base salary: $95,000–$95,000 USD per year, with potential eligibility for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Learn hirify.global’s platform architecture, including AI capabilities, Data Fabric, Process HQ, and core solutioning patterns.
• Support custom demonstrations, customer workshops, and technical discovery sessions with experienced Solutions Consultants.
• Assist with technical presentations, prototype preparation, and customer-facing solution narratives.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives to connect business objectives and technical requirements with measurable customer outcomes.
• Participate in enablement, demo practice, and team story debriefs to build enterprise software positioning skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM or business field, with a strong academic record.
• Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstones, or consistent part-time or full-time employment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical ideas to business and technical users.
• Foundational exposure to Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML, APIs, or database concepts.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Fluency in AI and LLMs, including strategic development of AI-powered platform capabilities and practical use of AI tools.
• Leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities.
• Experience building custom demos, software prototypes, or contributing to technical RFPs and RFIs.
• Basic understanding of application architecture, cloud infrastructure, web servers, or application servers.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, plus commercial acumen and interest in account planning.
