Associate Consultant Intern (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; in-office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Build and deploy robust web-based applications on the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with customer success teams and clients to analyze business strategies and model critical workflows.
• Apply technology and problem-solving skills to support customer digital transformation initiatives.
• Design change management artifacts and materials to drive adoption of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate in person with peers and mentors on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Maintain a strong academic record and return to school after the Summer 2027 internship to complete degree requirements.
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for the complete 10-week summer program.
• Work from the McLean headquarters five days per week.
• Must already have employment authorization; hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL and cloud technologies.
• Fluency in AI and LLMs, including AI platform capabilities and practical AI tools.
• Technical internship experience or significant personal or academic projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
