Associate Consultant (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite in the office 5 days a week. Willingness to travel up to 10% annually for customer engagement is required.

Base salary: $90,000–$95,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using the hirify.global platform.
• Analyze client strategies and operations to design technical solutions for complex workflow inefficiencies.
• Apply design thinking to build rapid functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
• Integrate applications with business intelligence and knowledge management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Strong academic performance and prior professional, academic, or technical experience, including internships, research, capstones, or consistent employment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of computer systems or structural logic, or a demonstrable interest in emerging technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate organizational strategies into process workflows.

Nice to have

• Foundational experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL.
• Fluency in AI and LLMs, including AI-powered platform development and practical use of AI tools.
• Leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities.
