  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or similar, including detailed drawings, assemblies, and GD&T-compliant documentation.
  • Strong foundation in structural design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with engineering calculations including stress, thermal, tolerance stack-up, fatigue, and applicable FEA.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

Nice to have

  • Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving experience.
  • Familiarity with ASME, ISO, ASTM, MIL-STD, and environmental qualification testing.
  • Knowledge of power distribution, hydraulics, or aerospace support systems.
  • Experience working with external suppliers or contract manufacturers.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on work in a fast-paced defense-tech and aerospace environment.
  • Opportunity to support mission-ready aircraft and intelligent systems used in real-world operations.
  • Regular full-time employees receive bonus, benefits, and equity in addition to base pay.
  • Employment offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
