Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Own meaningful product scope end-to-end within a cross-functional squad.
• Set product direction and lead structured customer and product discovery.
• Translate customer insights into business cases and a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive work through delivery.
• Define and monitor outcome metrics to ensure products deliver meaningful impact.
• Align designers, engineers, analysts, researchers, risk partners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience.
• Track record of delivering outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience ideally gained in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Strong customer discovery, data analysis, product planning, and market research skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and delivery risks clearly.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
