Director Software Product Management (Fintech): Leading the product strategy, execution, and performance of the Investly digital platform with an accent on cross-functional leadership and customer-centric innovation. Location: Must be based in Canada. The role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.
Salary: 176,000–220,000 CAD

What you will do
- Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business strategy and technical priorities.
- Lead end-to-end product execution, including planning, backlog management, and delivery across multiple teams.
- Champion customer-centricity by leveraging research, feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful launches.
- Drive business performance by monitoring product outcomes and optimizing adoption and growth.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management or digital roles.
- Proven experience leading product teams and delivering software products at scale.
- Strong understanding of technology concepts, user-centered design, and modern digital platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or large technology ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
- Product or Agile certification.
