Director Product Operations and Enablement (Fintech)

Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto (transitioning to Mississauga in late 2026).

What you will do

• Lead the product operations departmental business plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the launch of new products, features, and services while reducing friction and managing change.
• Develop and implement training programs and manage the knowledge base content and delivery strategy.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, and Client Support leaders to drive client adoption.
• Lead and develop the UX research function and represent the department in high-value prospect meetings.
• Manage, coach, and mentor team members to enhance individual performance and reach business goals.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 5-7+ years of related experience in financial services.
• Proven experience in people management and leading product, process, or service roll-outs.
• Experience operating user workshops and client focus groups.
• Knowledge of the Canadian brokerage industry, operations, and regulatory obligations.
• Proficiency in Agile development and defining analytics to measure product adoption.
