Salary: $120,000–$158,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the hirify.global Platform.
• Design, build, and improve production applications, demonstrations, and proofs-of-technology with customers.
• Conduct design and code reviews focused on software quality, architecture, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, test, and enhance customer applications.
• Lead technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Document application specifications, identify technical risks, and collaborate with product management and engineering on product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in STEM or a comparable field.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale applications and working in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Git, or other version control software.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
