Finance Manager

Location: US - Miami, FL; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $109,800–$175,700 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Marketing Services initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Analyze revenue streams, investments, P&L performance, financial drivers, risks, and profitability opportunities across countries and clients.
• Prepare variance analyses, scenario models, risk assessments, executive presentations, and business communications.
• Coordinate financial data requests and reporting processes with global, regional, country, billing, controllership, and finance operations stakeholders.
• Enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and provide actionable analytics to senior management.
• Support internal controls, governance, audits, revenue recognition, billing, reconciliation, and financial close processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience and exposure to multiple Latin American and Caribbean countries and macroeconomic environments.
• Strong communication, program leadership, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Hyperion, Power BI, and PowerPoint; strong report modeling and data management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are listed as a plus.
